less than 1 hour from Brisbane City. The property boasts many paddocks all with improved pasture,
many day yards, stables, foaling yards, sand arena, quarantine areas, horse swimming facility and a motorized hot walker/round yard.

The location benefits from being close to all major south east Queensland equestrian centers and is only a short commute to many of the district agricultural society shows that will benefit STC clientele who wish to have their horses shown at a few or many shows.
